Delivery

We deliver locally 20 miles from our shop for a small fee. set up is available as well.

We can and have delivered all over oregon and Washington. You can inquire about cost for our delivery services by contacting us.

otherwise you can pick up the product once it's completed from our shop

Shipping

As far as shipping goes we have had customers use u- ship in the past to get our products. Be sure to check in with us ahead of ordering. we can help you out with the details you will need when getting a quote from the shippers.

NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS

Deposits are required to process an order usually half the total amount and its non-refundable as well, the remaining balance can be paid before or upon pickup/ delivery.

We do not offer refunds or returns on any products or services.

Every time someone purchases a product from us, they're making an investment in their future. We're proud to play a part in that future and you can trust us to provide you with the highest possible level of craftsmanship. We believe in the quality of the products we build here at Oregon beds but understand that sometimes errors and defects occur during the manufacturing process. In the unlikely event that any item covered by the warranty should fail due to material, workmanship, or manufacturing defect, we promise to replace the parts necessary to repair the failure. The Lifetime Warranty is our assurance to you that any product you purchase will be free from material, workmanship, or manufacturing defects over the lifetime of the product for the original purchaser. All warranties, whether express or implied, cover only normal household usage. No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from lifetime wear and tear, misuse, abuse, customer damage, alteration, pet or animal damage, water damage, fire damage, damage as a result of natural disaster, improper cleaning or care, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or assembly. This Warranty does not apply to any products that have been altered by any person other than Oregon beds.

Under this Warranty, the sole liability of Oregon bunk and loft beds is limited to, as its option, replacement or repair of component parts or items under warranty. The purchaser will be responsible for picking up or covering transportation and labor costs for replacement or repair of said items. If the issue is not covered under our warranty be sure and contact us still as we can help you find a solution or adequate fix regardless.

NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY HAS BEEN MADE OR WILL BE MADE ON BEHALF OF OREGON BUNK AND LOFT BEDS WITH RESPECT TO THE FURNITURE AND ITS PARTS, OR THE OPERATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT OF THE FURNITURE AND ITS PARTS. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY EXTENDED OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OFFERED BY ANY VENDOR OR THROUGH A THIRD PARTY. IN NO EVENT SHOULD WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SUCH AS LOSS OF USE, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, AND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR RESPONSIBILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS REPLACEMENT.
